💡 How we calculate monthly rent:
To keep things fair and consistent, UK student lets use the annual method:
Monthly rent = Weekly rent × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months
Example: £150 × 52 ÷ 12 = £650 per month
Why not “weekly × 4”?
Most months aren’t 4 weeks/28 days long.

Larger houses with six or more residents include a weekly cleaner who will clean the communal areas of your home.
The weekly clean is included in the your rent.

All of our properties are carefully selected to offer a short journey to the universities and Manchester city centre.
7) Fast Internet
The fastest internet option has been chosen for each of our houses, with new routers and mesh network systems (where required).
