Repair Procedure
Where possible we aim to meet the following timescales once a fault has been reported:
Emergency repairs - 24 hours
Health & safety issues, e.g. a major electrical fault, a blocked WC where no other WC is available for use.
Urgent repairs - 5 working days
Material comfort issues, e.g. a hot water fault, heating or fridge failure, a serious roof leak.
Non-urgent repairs - 20 working days
Minor issues, e.g. a loose toilet seat, replacement of an item of furniture.
